In the session I’ll talk through an introduction to the concept of self-compassion:
what it's key components and concepts are
how it differs from self-care as sold to us by a capitalist society
how it can support you as we get back into a new normal
I’ll also step you through some guided journaling to understand what your current approach to self-compassion looks like and find ways to improve how you support yourself.
At the end of the hour you'll:
understand what it means to show yourself compassion
have a clear picture of any needs you've been neglecting
have tangible ways to show yourself care and kindness as we continue to make our way through an unprecedented crisis
