They share this feeling of not belonging, of being a fraud, of not knowing how they got to work with you to begin with! They aren’t able to see themselves as they really are, to recognise their strengths and the potential you see so clearly in them.

Imposter syndrome and self-doubt go hand in hand, so it’s no surprise they feel a deep mistrust of their own abilities. Will they be ready to step into leadership if they can’t trust themselves?

VISIBLITY

To take the next step in their career they need to get comfortable being seen and taking up space, how can they feel safe to step away from the sidelines?

What we cover

Under the Hood of Imposter Syndrome

What actually IS imposter syndrome? Where does it come from?

We dig into this psychological phenomenon and the behaviours perpetuating it to re-write these unhelpful narratives from a place of compassion.

Strengths Awareness 

What is confidence without an appreciation of our qualities? We devote some time to strengths identification, bringing to the surface participants natural talents and abilities so they can embrace them inside and out

Reframing Failure

Failure is inevitable: so how do we embrace it? We look at how to spot cycle of self-doubt and break it, learning to trust ourselves in the process.

Research Based

I love using research as a basis for the work that I do. I make sure that all of the tools, techniques and processes that I'm using are tried and tested so that my sessions are as impactful as possible. I also love incorporating the latest in psychology and neuroscience when talking about confidence, resilience and creativity.

Interactive

My sessions are a space for meaningful conversations to happen between participants. Those discussions are so valuable in dealing with feelings of isolation, and building community. It’s moments where experiences are shared and connections are made that creates space for collaboration to happen on a deeper level.

  • Start with a complimentary 20 mins consult call

    • Understanding your programme and how this session could fit it, check in on dates, format & logistics

  • Pre-Training Briefing (45 mins):

    • Catch up & Customise: Ten days before the session we’ll have an in depth briefing so I can shape the content to best fit your participants, helping them feel fully supported

  • Training Session (2-3h):

    • Certified Coach: Thats’s me! An experienced certified coach here to facilitate this interactive and engaging 2-3hour training session (2h online, 3h in person)

    • Comprehensive Content: Engaging slides and infographics covering key concepts, strategies, and practical tips for building confidence

    • Interactive Elements: Tried and tested interactive elements, including group discussions, activities, and real-life scenarios to reinforce learning

    • Q&As welcome throughout: Working with participants to address specific concerns and queries throughout the session

    • Participant Workbook: A workbook that includes key takeaways & exercises

  • Post-Training Support (45 mins):

    • Session Debrief: Time for us to check in on any feedback from your or the participants from what went well to anything could that have made it even better

    • Resource Kit: A resource kit to share with participants post session that includes additional reading materials, self-assessment tools, and ongoing support resources

  • Additional Options (Optional Add-ons):

    • One-on-One Coaching: Optionally add on individual coaching sessions for participants to benefit from personalised support, at the discounted price of £65 per 50 minute 1:1, with a minimum block booking of 10 sessions

The Confidence Catalyst is the result of 3 years of delivering and crafting confidence training for media & tech companies working to foster talent and build a mentally healthy and diverse workforce. I can say, with absolute confidence, that this session will empower and delight.

I believe we will never achieve equity and equality if those outside the ‘lines’ don’t feel confident to step into positions of authority. This session is my contribution to building a kinder, fairer world.
